Based in Ramsey, Minnesota, Connexus Energy is Minnesota’s largest electric cooperative, providing electricity and related products to member residents and businesses. The Connexus Energy Board of Directors, elected by our membership, governs the electric cooperative. We serve more than 145,000 members in portions of Anoka, Chisago, Hennepin, Isanti, Mille Lacs, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Washington counties.

Donation Requests
Request a Donation From Connexus Energy
The Connexus Energy FoundationSM considers donations to tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations. If your organization or initiative aligns with our areas of support, apply for a donation through our online application system.
Connexus Energy will only consider donation requests submitted by organizations within our service area.
We review and respond to requests within four weeks. The process may sometimes take longer, depending on the volume of requests we receive. Thank you for your patience.
Donation Guidelines
Although we’d like to help, we are unable to contribute to:
- Religious, political, and fraternal organizations, except for programs such organizations sponsor for direct benefit to the community and not for themselves.
- Individual sports teams.
- Private foundations or organizations that promote a hobby.
- Organizations having discriminatory practices or whose philosophy/mission may conflict with the Company’s policy or that do not serve the community.
