The Center for Energy and Environment offers qualified Minnesota homeowners zero- and low-interest loans for energy-efficient home improvements. These loans provide Connexus Energy members options for financing their purchase instead of applying for a rebate after purchase. CEE, a Twin Cities-based nonprofit organization that promotes energy efficiency to strengthen the economy while improving the environment, serves as the lender and will assist you through the loan process.
CEE offers Connexus Energy members a discounted rate. Connexus does not represent CEE or participate in the loan process.
