Commercial food service equipment is found in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, or any building with a cafeteria. These facilities consume about five to seven times more energy per square foot than other commercial buildings such as office buildings and retail stores.

Replacing or purchasing additional commercial food service equipment can be a significant expense, but buying and installing ENERGY STAR® qualified equipment could trim hundreds of dollars from your annual utility bills.

Commercial Kitchen Rebate

This program involves the installation of high-efficiency ENERGY STAR® qualified electric hot food holding cabinets (HFHCs), ovens, cooktops, griddles, fryers, and steamers.

  • One-half size

Hot Food Electric Fryers

  • Standard open deep
  • Large vat open deep

Electric Streamers

  • Three- and four-pan steamers
  • Five- and six-pan steamers
