Billing & Payment Options

Connexus Energy offers members a number of billing options, including traditional, mailed delivery of a paper bill, or paperless electronic billing (eBill) for both residential and commercial accounts.

eBills are delivered to your email electronically or can be connected to the online bill pay system from many banks.

Residential members who wish to plan ahead for annual energy expenses may enroll in the budget billing program. Budget billing averages energy costs over 12 months for a more consistent monthly bill.

Payment options

eBill

Paperless eBill from Connexus offers many benefits – for our members and for the environment. The eBill option allows member to receive, view, and pay bills online with no additional fees. eBill reduces paper usage and associated costs, including postage, making it easy to go green.

There are several ways you can receive, view, and pay your Connexus bill online.

  • Use our online payment service.
  • Use your bank’s online bill pay service. We partner with Wells Fargo, US Bank, MyCheckFree, MSN, and many others.

If you’re already enrolled in an online service through your bank or another provider, your Connexus bill most likely can be delivered to you electronically. Check with your bill pay service provider.

After enrolling in the eBill program, you will no longer receive your Connexus bill in the mail. You will instead receive an email notification from which you can access your bill. If you would like to pay your bill automatically, you will need to enroll in the automatic bill pay program separately.

Download the free Connexus app to access your account with your mobile device or tablet. View and pay your bill, report outages, sign-up for account alerts, and view your energy usage.

One-time payment

Make a one-time online payment through your bank account. Available anytime without a convenience fee.

Automatic payment plan

Set up automatic payments at no cost to you. Upon your authorization, your financial institution will automatically deduct the bill amount on the due date each month. Automatic bill payment eliminates the hassle of writing a check and mailing your payment and guarantees that your payment will arrive on time.
