Paperless electronic billing (eBill) from Connexus Energy offers many benefits – for our members and for the environment. The electronic billing option allows member to receive, view, and pay bills online with no additional fees. eBill reduces paper usage and associated costs, including postage, making it easy to go green.
There are several ways you can receive, view, and pay your Connexus Energy bill online.
If you’re already enrolled in an online service through your bank or another provider, your Connexus Energy bill most likely can be delivered to you electronically. Check with your bill pay service provider or view a listing of participating providers.
After enrolling in the eBill program, you will no longer receive your Connexus Energy bill in the mail. You will instead receive an email notification from which you can access your bill. If you would like to pay your bill automatically, you will need to enroll in the automatic bill pay program separately.
Please note: eBill is not a credit card payment service. Make an online payment using a credit or debit card here.
Make a one-time online payment through your bank account. Available anytime without a convenience fee.
Set up automatic payments through your bank account at no cost to you. Upon your authorization, your financial institution will automatically deduct the bill amount on the due date each month. Automatic bill payment eliminates the hassle of writing a check and mailing your payment and guarantees that your payment will arrive on time.
Make a payment up to $1,000 using a credit or debit card online or by calling 800.240.4199. Payments are processed through BillMatrix. A service of $3.95 will be added to each payment made online, over the phone, or with the cashier in the Connexus Energy lobby. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa credit or debit card, or an ATM debit card (with a PULSE, STAR, NYCE, or ACCEL logo).
Coming this October, new improvements to our online payment tools, including the elimination of credit card convenience fees for our residential members.
