Choose Your Own Due Date

Thank you for your interest in choosing your own due date. Before you enroll, there are a few important items that we want to make you aware of:

  • When you first change your due date, your next bill will include either fewer or more days of service than your past bills. Depending on when your current bill is due and the new due date, you may have closer to a half a month of usage on the first bill after the change or closer to a month and a half. The days of service will return to normal (+/- 30 days) after the first new bill date.
  • You must be current and remain current with your payments to remain on a different due date.
  • For administration reasons, your billing due date can only be updated once every 12 months.
  • If you are currently a part of our budget program, Connexus will true-up your current balance on the first invoice and communicate your updated budget balance after the first bill.
