What the Red Flag Rule means to you
When you call to get any information about your Connexus Energy account, you will be asked to verify your identity. In most cases, we will ask for your social security number and will use the last four digits for proper identification.
If you are the primary account holder, you must make special arrangements for others, including your spouse, to access your account information.
