Single Phase New Service(Overhead or Underground)
Service fee (new construction) $151.15
Service fee (existing home) $18.50
Up to 850 feet from lot feed point $5.30 per foot
Over 850 feet $4.50 per foot
Single Phase Non-Standard
(New residential service that is not a primary living structure - examples: detached garage, outbuilding, shed)
Service Fee
$475.00
Footage cost from feed point $6.25 per foot
*Additional transformer or boring fees may apply. Charges are determined by the
designer assigned to review your application.
Winter construction charges go into effect November 1 and remain in effect until April 1.
