Go Paperless (E-bill)
Pay your Connexus Energy bill online, without a convenience fee. With paperless billing (e-Bill), viewing and paying your bill is simple. Instead of getting your bill in the mail, we'll email it to you instead. When it arrives all you need to do is "Click to Pay".

Make a One Time Payment
Using your specified bank account information, you can choose to make a one-time payment, whithout paying a convenience fee. You can make the payment
online, anytime of day.

Let the Automatic Payment Plan help simplify your life. Pay your
Connexus Energy bill every month with your designated bank account FREE of charge.
For added convenience, you can even go paperless. Instead of getting a
bill in the mail, we'll email it to you.

Credit or Debit Card Payments
BillMatrix processes all online and telephone payments on behalf of Connexus Energy. Debit or credit card payments, up to $1,000, may be made online or by calling
800-240-4199*. Please have your Connexus account number and debit or credit card information available.
There will be a $3.95 service fee for each payment made online or over the phone. The full amount of this fee is passed on to BillMatrix, a third party processor.
