Electronic Billing 
Our partnership with CheckFree, The Company that Powers Payment on the WebSM allows you to receive, view, and pay your Connexus bill (or any other bill) online FREE of charge from your specified bank account.  Learn more about the e-Bill payment option.

Automatic Payment Plan

Check-by-Phone Payment
BillMatrix processes all telephone payments on behalf of Connexus Energy. Check-by-phone payments, up to $600, may be made by calling 800-240-4199*. Please have your Connexus account number and bank account information (including routing number) available when calling. 

There will be a $3.95 service fee for each Check-by-Phone payment. The full amount of this fee is passed on to BillMatrix, a third party processor. You can avoid this fee by using our Electronic Billing or  Automatic Payment Plan options.

Online Payment

BillMatrix processes all online payments on behalf of Connexus Energy. Using this system allows you to make a payment with any of the following:

  • Discover

  • MasterCard

  • Visa Credit Card or Check Card

  • Electronic Check

  • ATM Debit Card (with a PULSE, STAR, NYCE, or ACCEL logo)

Online payments, up to $600, may be made by logging-in to your Connexus Energy account*. There will be a $3.95 service fee for each online payment. The full amount of this fee is passed on to BillMatrix, a third party processor. You can avoid this fee by using our Electronic Billing or  Automatic Payment Plan options.
