Standard Lighting: Acorn
The acorn luminaire is available in 100 and 150 watt HPS (High Pressure Sodium). The optical assembly consists of a prismatic glass refractor. This refractor is designed to control the distribution of light to maximize utilization and uniformity. The glass will not discolor (turn yellow) over time like the Acrylics or polycarbonate lens. The housing is made of cast aluminum and is finished with a polyester powder paint to insure maximum durability. No tools are required to maintain this luminaire. The standard color is black. |
