drive improved performance in four major areas:
- to install your new electric service on or before the day we've agreed upon.
- to keep a scheduled appointment with you.
- to repair your outdoor lights within two working days after notification.
- to have your power restored within three hours after an outage.
- to bill you the correct amount.
