Service Guarantees As part of our ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction, drive process improvements, reduce operating costs, and control quality, Connexus Energy introduced service guarantees in 1998. Customers now receive a credit on their electric bills if the company fails to meet service standards in five areas.

We Guarantee*...
  • to install your new electric service on or before the day we've agreed upon.
  • to keep a scheduled appointment with you.
  • to repair your outdoor lights within two working days after notification.
  • to have your power restored within three hours after an outage.
  • to bill you the correct amount.

*Guarantee does not apply in the event of a severe storm or catastrophic event beyond our control. Other restrictions apply.
