How Does The Budget Billing Program
Work
- Budget amount is based on your previous 12-month usage. However, if you haven't lived at your current address for a year, Connexus Energy will work with you to establish a budget amount.
- Your bill will show your monthly charge and new balance, but you pay your budgeted amount.
- Once a year your account is reconciled.
