Let the Connexus Energy Automatic Payment Plan help simplify your life. Remove the stress of misplaced or late bill payments. Stop looking for your checkbook and stamps. With the Automatic Payment Plan, your Connexus Energy bill can be paid automatically every month.

How Does it Work?
Upon your authorization, Connexus will inform your bank or financial institution to automatically deduct the amount due from your specified account on the date your bill is due each month. 

NOTE: This is a reoccurring payment plan. To make a one-time payment using your specified bank account please review our Check-by-Phone payment option.

You will continue to receive a copy of your bill at least 10 days prior to the due date, depending on the option you choose:

Option 1:

Paper bill by mail.
You will continue to receive a copy of your bill in the mail at least 10 days prior to the due date.

Option 2:

Paperless bill by email.
At least 10 days prior to your due date, you will receive an email informing you your bill is scheduled for payment and a link to your online account where additional billing information, including up to 13 months of history, can be found.

Depending on your current billing cycle the plan could take up to two months to begin. Please continue to pay your bill until it shows that the Automatic Payment Plan has taken effect.
